Maggie Smith Explores Parenthood, Solitude, Love, and Memory in Her New Book of Poems: Goldenrod

Maggie Smith is an award-wining poet from Ohio. She’s written 3 books of poetry, including Good Bones and a nonfiction book called Keep Moving: Notes on Loss, Creativity, and Change. Her latest book of poems is called Goldenrod—it's a collection of poetry that is intimate and reflective. Her poems draw inspiration from her children and nature, but she doesn’t shy away from more serious issues of the day like the end of her marriage, social injustices and the climate crisis

Tammy Bobrowsky works at Bemidji State University's library. She hosts "What We're Reading," a show about books and authors, and lends her talents as a volunteer DJ.
