Every First Friday we discover what's going on in the arts scene around nothern Minnesota.  Today we spoke  with Katie Marshall from the MacRostie Arts Center in Grand Rapids and we caught up with Jennifer Gorman from Itasca Life Options who stopped in to discusses Crafted, an exciting program dedicated to empowering and providing opportunities to people of all abilities. Crafted offers space for people with disabities to make and distribute their art.

For more than two decades, Heidi Holtan has helped shape the sound of KAXE. Since joining the station in 2002 as a volunteer music programmer, she has worn many hats including the weekly book program, Realgoodwords, hosting the Morning Show, creation and host of the weekly call-in program Between You and Me, serving as Outreach Producer. Program Director, News Director and currently Director of Content and Public Affairs.
