Let's Visit Nevis: Brian and Stacey Skinness and Terrapin Station

Brian and Stacey Skinness inside Terrapin Station

"the idea came to me of putting the sound and light and aroma together...I coined the term aromatic omnivision which is a harmonic synergy of sound, light and aroma capable of leading the mind thru archetypical states of consciousness by tuning brain wave frequencies...what we've really wanted to do...is create an environment that encourages epiphanies...  This is kind of representation of aromatic omnivision, this whole Terrapin Station experience." - Brian Skinness.

Brian and Stacey Skinness own and operate a special place in Nevis, MN.  Terrapin Station is a feast for the senses.  Home to Imani, their essential oil business, Terrapin Station is also a community gathering space that inspires thought, music, creativity, idea sharing and much more.  Brian has been instrumental in making the annual Muskie Days celebration a musical festival, as well.   In this segment of Let's Visit, we take a visit inside Terrapin Station, learn about the essential oil potions they create,  find out the inspiration for this magical space in the world, and discover how Muskie Days grew from a small annual party, to a two day music extravaganza.

Muskie Days is July 26th and 27th and this year featuring The Big Wu, Jacob Mahon and the Salty Dogs, Corey Medina and Brothers, Moondog, Jackpine Savage, Tate McLane, Eric Reitan, Rootz Within and many more musical acts.  For a full schedule, go here
