On Thursday, April 23, 2026 we experienced a wonderful Evening of Storytelling with KAXE at t Klockow's Brewing Company in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Attendees heard station stories through the years, from the beginnings to present day.

Storytellers included people like KAXE founders Rich and Suzi McClear, Kurt Hoffman, Alyssa Ellyn, Scout Humphrey, Julie Crabb, Terry O’Brien, Michael Goldberg, Maggie Montgomery, Kevin Anderson, Kari Hedlund , Jennifer Barr, Chelsey Perkins, and Andrew Dziengel.
