Witnesses mystified by tasing: Park Service remains mum on incident

Each week we hear from Marshall Helmberger from the Timberjay newspaper that serves Northern St. Louis County.

This week an update on the tasing incident by Park Rangers at Voyageurs National Park last July, Ely End of the Road Film Festival and spring flooding possibilities.
