An honest conversation with MN Musician Alexander Craig

Alexander Craig on self-transformation, mental health, sobriety and MUSIC.

Alexander Craig is a Minnesota musician who has been around for almost two decades. You might not recognize the name, but you'll remember the sound. He formerly performed over a thousand shows under the alias, Crankshaft & The Gear Grinders. Through a lot of personal growth, transformation, healing from mental health and getting sober, he has dropped that name and just released a self-titled album as Alexander Craig. The new release embodies that transformation exuding with a positive outlook, looking ahead while staying present, caring for others and himself.

'It's super socially expensive to not be truthful over the microphone.' - Alexander Craig

Listen to the conversation John Bauer and I had with Alexander Craig about that transformation, mental illness, sobriety and of course, MUSIC.
