On Saturday October 16th there were two tributes to Bob Dylan to celebrate his influence, accomplishments and 2017 Nobel Prize winning lyrics. The Hibbing Dylan Projecthas been working to make these permanent tributes a reality. William Tecku is a retired teacher, poet, writer and contributor to KAXE/KBXE and the Duluth Reader. He was in Hibbing for the events and told us more.
