Conservative Political Action Conference

NPR's Steve Inskeep reports from CPAC, the Conservative Political Action Conference, which is holding its annual meeting this week in Arlington, Virginia. This year there is a Republican in the White House, and the GOP controls both houses of Congress. So what is there to be angry about?
