NPR's Eric Weiner reports from Jerusalem on the debate in the Israeli cabinet over the extent to which Israel's forces will withdraw from rural areas of the occupied West Bank as agreed in the Osloc peace accords. The withdrawal is to be the first of three stages of withdrawal from rural areas and is expected to get underway by this weekend.
