Voice & Data Recorder

Robert Siegel speaks to Kenneth Quinn - former Chief Counsel of the Federal Aviation Administration. Quinn also chaired the Department of Transportation Task Force that looked into the crash of Pan Am jet in Lockerbie, Scotland. He explains how investigators use the information from the voice and data recorders and says that they do not always provide enough information to confirm the cause of a crash.
