The international prosecutor at the Yugoslav War Crimes Tribunal at the Hague has requested arrest warrants for two Bosnian Serb Leaders. PHILIP JOHNSON IS 90 -- Architect Philip Johnson, the man who designed the AT&T building in New York and Pennzoil Plaza in Houston, among many other buildings, is 90 today. Johnson's career has followed the evolution of architecture in this century. Critics say he has the greatest architectural presence of modern times, and that no one has known better where architecture was going decade after decade. NPR's Susan Stamberg profiles the architect.
