Severe Thunderstorm Warning for west-central St. Louis County until 2:30 P.M.: At 2:08 P.M., severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Gheen to 6 miles southwest of Lake Vermilion to 9 miles southwest of Tower, moving northeast at 60 mph. Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

These severe thunderstorms will remain over mainly rural areas of west central St. Louis County, including the following locations: Big Rice Lake, Franklin, Shermans Corner, Leonidas, Kinney, West Two Rivers Reservoir, Idington, Angora and Linden Grove.
