NPR'S Howard Berkes reports on the controversy surrounding Utah Congresswoman Enid Waldholtz and her husband Joe. Mr. Waldholtz surrendered to federal authorities yesterday. He is accused of illegally funding his wife's congressional campaign. The controversy has turned what was once considered a promising political career upside down.
