Alito Advocated Immunity for U.S. Wiretap Use

A newly released set of documents from Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito's years at the Justice Department contains his recommendations that top executive branch officials have full immunity when they order domestic wiretaps in violation of the law. Other documents among the 700 pages reveal a restrictive position on racial discrimination.
