News on PolyMet, Winton, Orr and Breitung on Border News Roundup

Marshall Helmberger, Editor and publisher of the Timberjay newspaper, joins Heidi Holtan with news from northeastern Minnesota.  This week Marshall reported the state’s Supreme Court reversed a lower court ruling from last year that had sent a PolyMet air emissions permit back to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for further review.  The city of Winton east of Ely has been having problems since the last cold snap with frozen water lines, water mains and even a frozen water tower, causing the main street to be dug up and leaving residents without water.  Orr City Council selected a contractor for the Bog Walk replacement project and the Breitung Police Chief Dan Nylund resigns leaving the township to look at options on how to move forward.
