Close To Home: Hibbing Celebrates Dylan

Last Saturday Governor Mark Dayton proclaimed the day "Bob Dylan Day" in Minnesota at a ceremony in Bobs hometown of Hibbing.  Close to Home host Grant Frashier was there to find out how Hibbing was recognizing their own Nobel Laureate.
