As the Bush administration and U.N. teams struggle to help Iraqis create a new government, the Sunni population is apprehensive. Sunnis, a minority in Iraq, enjoyed a privileged position under Saddam Hussein's rule. Many now fear losing their privileges -- and possibly being persecuted -- under an elected government.
