We talked with Theater Director Amy Borash from Brainerd this morning about the importance of the arts, ESPECIALLY in a time of COVID-19.  Creativity keeps us going. 

She explains the precautions for the cast and crew and the people coming to see the events on the South Lawn of the Brainerd campus of Central Lakes College - July 20-23rd and August 3rd-6th.

Rachelle Randle joined us this morning to tell us about a play that she has written with her productions company Moonlit Magic Productions.  It's called


Grand Rapids native Marjie Shrimpton is back home to bring her caberet originially performed in New York "What Would Judy Do?" to the Reif Center stage. Marjie weaves stories and song from Judy's life with her own - Caberet Scenes Magazine wrote "Shrimpton really shined, showing her magnificent potential as a performer.”

Tajia, Jaden and Tayor joined us on the Morning Show to tell us about the mystery dinner theater they are producing Saturday March 31st from 6-9 in Warba.  "Murd-arr!" is a fundrasier for a trip to Washington DC in June.
