We talked with Jack Nachbar today - he's a retired professor of film and pop culture from Bowling Green University who curates the Classic Movie Series at the Edge Center for the Arts in Bigfork.  Free showing is Thursday September 13th at 6:30pm opening with a classic cartoon from 1967. 

Once a month we get to check in with Film and Pop Culture Professor Jack Nachbar.  He hosts a classic movie series at the Edge Center for the Arts in Bigfork, MN.  Bigfork has a population of 446 people and the community and visitors are treated to not only a film, but a cartoon from the same year.

Each July, The Edge Center for the Arts in Bigfork hosts the Stages Theater Company from Hopkins, MN .  Stages Theater Company’s content always focuses on children’s stories, fables or novels.   This weekend, Shrek The Musical takes the Edge Center stage.
