100 Rural Women has a mission to serve and support rural women: identify, connect and create relationships, models of networking, leadership, mentorship and civic engagement. Founder and Executive Director Teresa Kittridge joined us for a conversation about how this new non-profit that was created right before the pandemic has morphed into even more than what they dreamed.
Notably in our conversation we talked about cross generations, partnerships with academic institutions and other non-profits, graduate students and how rural women are thriving and leading throughout the state.
Friday March 25th continues their "Ask a Leading Woman" series with former mayor of Bemidji Rita Albrecht.
They also offer wellness/mediation/yoga webinars and networking as well as many other resources.
