Marshall Helmberger on Border News Roundup

Marshall Helmberger, editor and publisher for the Timberjay joins Heidi for the Friday Morning Show. Marshall gives a detailed update on Twin Metals and the on-going debate with the DNR on whether they have a viable and environmentally-safe mine plan of operations as they claim.

Marshall talks about the Greenwood Town Board’s surprise decision to dismiss Fire Chief David Fazio and Assistant Chief Mike Indihar with a 3-2 vote at the end of their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday.

Heidi and Marshall end their conversation with talk of a better-than-expected year for ruffed grouse in the NE part of the state, an outlook on bear season and the experience of harvesting wild rice. Listen here for more on these stories and read about them at timberjay.com.
