Understanding COVID-19 Numbers in Rural Areas: Kelly Asche of MN Center for Rural Policy

The Center for Rural Policy and Development is a non-partisan, not-for-profit policy research organization dedicated to benefiting Minnesota by providing its policy makers with unbiased information and evaluation of issues from a rural perspective. 

Kelly Asche is a research associate there and recently published a piece “COVID-19:  Comparing Apples and Oranges”.  A look at rural areas versus urban areas when it comes to numbers for COVID-19 cases in Minnesota.
