If you walk into any grocery store or convenience store these days the dairy aisle is filled with alternatives to milk - in large part due to allergies and lactose intolerance.
One family in Menahga, Minnesota is aiming to change that in our state. They are the first farm to produce Natural A2 milk. As they say on their website, "We know the great nutritional value of dairy for our kids, your kids, and adults everywhere. We also know that regular milk doesn't work for everyone, so we made the switch to A2 cows."
Their farm is Ten Finns Creamery - names after their 10 children and their family heritage. Only since December of 2019 have they been producing their milk that doesn't not include the A1 protein. Consumers have resonded:
“For over 20 years I avoided milk because I was tired of dealing with the stomach ache that would follow. I tried a number of milk alternatives over the years that either left me with the same upset stomach or just didn't taste good. I never thought I would be able to drink real milk again until I was introduced to Ten Finns A2 milk. I am finally able to enjoy all the healthy benefits of milk with no adverse effects!” — Sara
