On the Monday morning show this week we talked with Colorado author Karen Auvinen.  Her book "Rough Beauty - Forty Seasons of Mountain Living" is out in paperback.  It's a great book - of phenology - of grief - of solace and community and mostly, a book about her amazing dog Elvis.
