On an update on the shooting of a 19 year-old man from Virginia we learn that St. Louis County Attorney Mark Rubin has deemed the shooting justifiable. One of the owners of the Ely secondhand store Drop and Shop is facing felony charges over allegations that she sold methamphetamine from the business, located in downtown Ely.
