Weather for Tonight and Tomorrow December 15-16th with Tornado Bob

Dr. Bob Conzemius (who we know as Tornado Bob) joined us during All Things Considered to talk about the forecast this December 15th and 16th. The weather service is reporting:

A rollercoaster of a forecast is ahead, with near record warmth, historical winds, potentially severe thunderstorms, snow and ice

accumulations, and minor flooding. If you can put off travel from Wednesday evening through Thursday afternoon, please do so.
