Heidi Holtan is Northern Community Radio's
Program Director. She grew up in the Brainerd area
and always carried a book with her, just in
case. She's got a professional background in
worm packaging, phone books, newspaper
clipping as well as checking out and selling
books. Heidi created
Realgoodwords on KAXE -
a weekly hour long book program where she
interviews authors from all over the country
as well as northern Minnesota. Heidi also
cohosts the Friday Morning Show and hosts
and produces
Between You and Me, a Saturday
morning call-in program. In her spare time
Heidi is a blocker on the Grand Rapids
roller derby team,
The Iron Range Maidens.
