Mike Harmon from Rapid City, South Dakota, joined Heidi and John at his breakfast table in the little lake cabin north of Park Rapids. Mike wowed them with his recipe for grated zucchini pancakes topped with smashed avocado, a poached egg, and a little hot sauce. A pot of green tea tops the whole "breakfast" off.
