To make your pledge, select a Membership level that works for you and click the corresponding   button. You will have the option of paying now using Visa, Masctercard or PayPal, or receiving a bill in the mail.

If you prefer to pay your pledge in monthly installments, you can use the PayPal subscription option (click here) or call us to arrange installment payments from your credit card or bank account. You may also print a Pledge Form and mail or drop it off at KAXE.
